The Community Outreach Coordinator position is to help enhance the growth of the Pregnancy Assistance Center North (PACN) and strengthen relationships with churches and community. The candidate will uphold PACN’s commitment to excellence.
1. Administer Baby Bottle Campaign (SOHL, Mother’s Day/Father’s Day, Fall Campaigns)
2. Assist with events by coordinating and/or supervising community & church groups that volunteer on-site
3. Answer, direct and make phone calls
4. Maintain and segment church & community partner email lists
5. Assist Director of Advancement as requested
6. Provide support as requested in praying with clients
7. Fulfill all provided training requirements
8. Perform basic office duties. These shall include but not be limited to photocopy, scan, sending e- mails, prepare and send outgoing packages, typing documents and correspondence


Exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
Be detail oriented;
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Previous professional office experience preferred;
Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
