Pay: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience and performance
Schedule: Full-time or part-time

TexWoodBuilds is a growing woodworking business in Conroe that designs and builds modern plywood displays, kiosks, and accessories. We’re looking for a reliable shop helper to join our crew — someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and wants to learn how things get built from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:
• Sanding and prepping parts for finishing
• Helping with material prep and organizing stock
• Light assembly and packaging
• Cleaning and keeping the shop running smooth
• Assisting with CNC and other shop tasks as needed

Other details:
• PPE provided (hearing, eye, and dust protection)
• Casual, hands-on work environment
