3+ yrs experienced maintenance/repairman in N. Houston/Woodlands area needed to perform general residential/commercial repairs and maintenance such as plumbing, painting, sheetrock repair, texturing, exterior wood repair, fence repair, and lite electrical. The technician will have good people skills and train to be the supervisor over several people.

Must have own tools, be a non-smoker, have valid driver's license and social security card, and pass a criminal check with no DUI's.

Company truck and gas allowance are included for personal use plus paid holidays, vacation, sick leave and minor medical care card.

Salary negotiable. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with weekends on a rotating schedule.
