POSITION SUMMARY
The Laborer is responsible for keeping grounds of airport and providing physical labor for construction projects in neat and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Maintains quality standards on each project.
• Applies knowledge of maintenance/construction techniques and company approved safety practices.
• Communicates all pertinent job related information to supervisor on a daily basis.
• Reports any job site problems/concerns to supervisor as soon as possible.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
• Reports all occupational injuries or illnesses to supervisor immediately.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Operates company vehicles in a safe manner in accordance with safety policy manual.
• Reports any equipment/vehicles problems or concerns to supervisor immediately.
• Plants, transplants, fertilizes, sprays with pesticides, prunes, cultivates, and waters flowers, shrubbery, and trees.
• Seeds and mows lawns, rakes leaves, weedeats and keeps ground free of other debris.
• Maintains landscaping.
• Assist maintenance technicians with maintenance projects.
• Whitewashes or paints around the property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
