Sign Installer / Production Assistant

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable team player who knows their way around a sign shop—from table work and production to printing and installation. If you enjoy working with vinyl, large-format equipment, and seeing your work out in the real world, this could be a great fit.

Pay
$15–$18/hr, based on experience

Schedule
9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Occasional weekends and off-site installs

What You’ll Do:
Handle table work, including weeding and laminating
Prep, print, and finish signs and graphics
Apply vinyl to signs, vehicles, and windows
Run print jobs and production equipment
Install signage on-site using ladders and lifts
Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly

What You Need:
Experience with Onyx and Asanti RIP software
Familiarity with HP Latex printers, Konica Minolta flatbeds, Colex cutters, laminators, and Graphtec plotters
Experience with vinyl weeding, laminating, and general production work
Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working at heights
Detail-oriented, dependable, and a solid team player
Valid driver’s license
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Skills Required
Vinyl weeding and laminating
Table work and general sign production
Experience with Onyx and Asanti RIP software
Operation of large-format print and finishing equipment
(HP Latex, Konica Minolta flatbed, Colex cutter, laminator, Graphtec plotter)
Vinyl application to signs, windows, and vehicles
Basic tool and equipment operation
Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
Time management and organization skills
Teamwork and clear communication
Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
