Job Description

Customer Service & Office Support – Fountain Services

We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our growing fountain service company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, answering phones, and learning new skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Assist customers with scheduling fountain service and repair

Gather basic information and route requests to the appropriate team

Provide clear, helpful communication to customers

Additional Responsibilities (as training progresses):

Learn and use our service and scheduling software

Assist with basic office and administrative tasks

Support the service team with customer follow-ups and documentation

Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
