Chiropractic Assistant-Front Desk Manager
Our well established, busy and growing Chiropractic and Natural/Alternative Health Care practice is in need of a strong Front Desk Manager who is very well spoken, has a bubbly and enthusiastic 'cheerleader' personality, and is ready to excel! Must have an A+ personality and want to be a part of a busy practice. Must be positive, out-going and love people, and willing to do whatever it takes to take care of the patients and be a part of a super-star team and family!
This position is vital and is the front end face of our practice and is responsible for the first impression. Duties include answering a multiple line telephone, working with office scheduling, phone follow-up with patients, in-person patient communication and office flow, computer transactions and daily balancing, patient education, filing, and medical records. This is a leadership position.
The soft skills we desire include a friendly, multitasker, who pays attention to details, is mature and dependable. You must love and genuinely care about people to qualify or succeed in this position.
Individuals must have very excellent phone skills, a caring and professional phone voice, have good clerical and computer skills, a willing heart, a winning attitude, and be a self-starter.
Our practice is a dedicated group of people who have a purpose to help make a difference in our community. We touch and change the lives of the patients that we care for. If you are looking for a PURPOSE and a CALLING and NOT just a job, then you may qualify. Currently this is a full time position with our company. Experience is helpful but not mandatory. Will train the right person.
We are a busy and active practice so you must be able and fit enough to stand for 8 hours for your shift. The office will also be very busy with a rush of patient activity and extreme multitasking during certain portions of the day. Candidates who do not enjoy and thrive in a such a position are not a good fit.
Hours for the position: Monday through Thursday 8:30 am -as late as 7 pm and Friday 8:30am - 2pm.
Salary PLUS production bonuses.
