We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to support multiple client engagements.


Responsibilities

Full-cycle bookkeeping (mostly QuickBooks Online & Desktop)
Bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations
Month-end and year-end close
Journal entries, accruals, and fixed asset schedules
Financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Cleanup of historical accounting records
Support budgeting and cash flow reporting

Qualifications

2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Spanish speaker a big plus
Strong QuickBooks proficiency
Solid Excel skills
Working knowledge of GAAP
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
