Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Conroe, TX, for a Marketing & Inside Sales Assistant.

Epcon Industrial Systems is seeking a driven and organized Marketing & Inside Sales Assistant to help expand our market presence and generate new business opportunities.

In this dynamic role, you will:
initiate conversations with prospective customers
manage and nurture leads through our CRM system
collaborate closely with our engineering team to develop compelling proposals and presentations.

You will also contribute to:
strategic marketing initiatives
digital campaigns
trade shows
industry research

We are looking for a proactive professional individual, with strong communication skills, technical writing ability, who is looking to grow into a long-term career in business development and technical sales.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.

CRM Software experience.
