Job Description

This is a dual role. Managing my professional organizational needs, from calendaring, making appointments and re-arranging my appointments, communicating with my team. Handle Google Workspace skills with experience. You can make proper slides not just paste images, some marketing skills useful particularly for Linkedin and Canva would be nice.

Personally, I need my paper filing, bills and expense entry. Errands, assistance from a dentist appointment to getting copies, toner and getting things to UPS on time.

You should be extremely comfortable using AI (Gemini - google's ChatGPT) to summarize documents, reports and reduce my reading to manageable summaries. Good research skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Keep me on track, be able to triage priorities.

Skills Required

Excellent organizational skills using google workspace. Tech skills are required at a high level. Typing, organzing files and personal bills, expenses. Able to make appointments at Dentists and with my corp team. Calendar skills, mail triage, personal expense tracking, data entry and social media skills.
Google Sheets and Slides (excel & ppt)
Able to drive for errands to mailboxes, returns, light shopping, dry cleaning
Comfortable with changing priorities and fast turn-around

Compensation:

25 per hour
