Job Description

We are looking for a part-time groundskeeper for a photo studio/event venue. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Mowing/Edging
Upkeep of flower beds
Powerwashing
Window washing
Gutter Cleaning
Painting
General exterior cleaning
Assisting with larger projects
Identifying issues with HVAC/electric/plumbing if they were to arise

Schedule is flexible

Skills Required

Applicant must have:
Attention to detail
Lawn care experience
Some weekend availability
General HVAC/electric knowledge preferred but not required

Compensation:

Negotiable
