Duties
Greet members and guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
Promote and demonstrate our infrared workout products and services through engaging product demos and upselling techniques
Assist with retail sales of studio merchandise, including merchandising, stocking, and cash handling
Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately while maintaining phone etiquette when answering inquiries
Conduct brief product presentations to educate members about new offerings and membership options
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring all equipment is properly stocked and displayed
Support the team with basic retail math for sales transactions and inventory management
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment
Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for guiding new team members or assisting during busy periods
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse community members effectively
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, sales, and inventory purposes
Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising best practices
Enthusiastic about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or fitness-related role
