About Us
We are a growing, client-focused firm specializing in tax preparation and bookkeeping services for individuals and small to mid-sized businesses. Our firm is built on strong client relationships, technical excellence, and a collaborative team culture. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Tax Manager to play a key leadership role in shaping the future of our tax and bookkeeping departments.

We are also closely involved with a Financial Planning firm, allowing us to provide more comprehensive, forward-looking guidance and advice to our clients.

Position Overview
The Tax Manager will be responsible for both hands-on tax preparation and review work, as well as leading and developing our tax and bookkeeping teams. This role offers significant opportunity for advancement as the firm grows, including the potential to influence strategic direction and operational structure.

This is a highly client-facing role that will work directly with clients on tax planning, compliance, and advisory matters. In addition, tax planning will be a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in expanding their knowledge of both tax and financial planning and a desire to contribute to a more holistic client experience.

The role may also include exposure to aviation-related tax and accounting engagements. While prior aviation industry experience is not required, an interest in this area could be beneficial and may provide additional opportunities for professional growth.
