Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with specialized training and experience in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The ideal candidate is skilled in evidence-based approaches, particularly Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful, long-term change.

• Provide individual therapy to adolescents and/or adults with OCD and related anxiety disorders
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices and data-driven progress monitoring
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including ERP and CBT
• Work in collaboration with the other team members to contribute to the goal of providing integrated and focused treatment 
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of care
• Active participation in marketing events focused on developing professional relationships with referral sources

Qualifications 
• Current Texas LPC or LFMT license 
• Advanced training or certification in OCD and exposure-based anxiety treatments

Hours/Salary
• Hourly pay rate ranges from $80-$90 per client revenue hour and are based on qualifications, experience and number of available hours
• Flexible working hours - the clinic is open from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 8 pm and Friday 9 am – 12:30 pm which allows clinicians to choose their own schedule
• Position is part-time with the opportunity to build a full-time case load

We are a unique, boutique, fee-for-service practice located in The Woodlands, Texas. We have a multidisciplinary treatment team including Lifespan psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, LPCs and a life coach.

We use an integrated treatment model which treats the whole client/family. We provide comprehensive assessments that include neuropsychological, neurodevelopmental, and psychological evaluations. We specialize in evidence-based care for all ages, presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns.

Skills Required

• Accurately perform evidence-based mental health treatment for clients across the lifespan
• Demonstrated experience treating OCD
• Training or experience in ERP (formal training preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Experience working with co-occurring conditions (e.g., ADHD, autism, depression)
• Proven ability to establish, manage and maintain a consistent caseload of clients
• Willingness to seek supervision and consultation when needed 

Compensation:

$80-90/hour
