Busy podiatry practice in The Woodlands seeking a mature, reliable, and responsible experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, and committed to providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling appointments
Administrative tasks, including answering phones, scanning documents, and insurance verifications
Prior authorizations
Surgery scheduling
Clinical triage and patient follow-up care
Patient education
Nail care
Performing X-rays
Managing inventory and stocking rooms
Assisting with and setting up for in-office procedures

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15am-5:15pm

At least one year of Medical Assistant experience is preferred. Podiatry and eClinicalWorks experience are a plus. Podiatric Medical Radiologic Technologist (PMRT) certification is preferred for performing X-rays, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

$16-18 per hour
