Looking for a Dispatcher/Operations Personnel with flatbed truck brokering experience to learn and assist with a Freight Forwarder and Truck Brokering business. Loads are generally expedited loads. Freight Forwarder has been around for 47 years and the Truck Brokering side has been around for 3 years and growing. Our motto is Service Through Communication so our focus is keeping everyone informed on the particulars of each expedited load. The job is on site, not remote. We are located near Intercontinental Airport (IAH). We will teach the Freight Forwarding side of the business and the candidate will work closely with both sides of the business. There can be light freight handling duties and forklift usage. We can also teach candidates how to do this.

Truck broker dispatching experience a must. Needs to be familiar with Truckstop Load Board. Other load boards like DAT and others is also beneficial. Any Freight forwarding experience is a plus, but not required. ITS Dispatch and Aljex is also helpful. Must be very customer service oriented with good communication skills.
