Position Summary
The Commercial Graphics Installer is responsible for the professional installation, removal, and maintenance of a wide variety of commercial graphics and signage products. This position requires working in diverse environments including retail stores, corporate offices, construction sites, sports venues, healthcare facilities, and other commercial settings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while representing the company in a professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Install, remove, and maintain a variety of graphic products including:
o Vinyl graphics
o Wall murals and wallpaper
o Window graphics and perforated films
o Floor graphics
o Dimensional lettering
o Banners and promotional displays
o Wayfinding and ADA signage
o Fleet and vehicle graphics
• Read and interpret site surveys, elevations, construction drawings, and installation instructions.
• Measure, prepare, and clean surfaces to ensure proper graphic adhesion and installation quality.
• Operate and maintain installation tools, ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and other equipment safely.
• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, project managers, and team members.
• Document project progress with photos, notes, and reports.
• Identify and resolve field conditions that may impact installation quality or project timelines.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, safe working conditions.
• Travel locally and nationally as required to meet customer and project schedules.
• Follow all OSHA regulations, site-specific safety requirements, and company safety policies.
• Represent the company in a positive, professional, and customer-focused manner at all times.

Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
• 2+ years of commercial graphics, signage, or related installation experience.
• Experience installing vinyl graphics, wall coverings, and architectural films.
• Experience operating aerial lifts, scaffolding, and other access equipment.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Fall Protection and Lift Operator certifications.
• Experience using mobile documentation and project management applications.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lift equipment.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Frequent travel, including overnight and multi-day assignments.

$18.00-$24.00 per hour
