We are seeking a full-time (40 hr/week), detail-oriented employee to manage e-commerce order fulfillment at our action figure warehouse. This position is in-person, all indoors in the Pinehurst/Decker Prairie area. Responsibilities include pulling inventory to fulfill orders, creating shipping labels in e-commerce platforms, physically packing and shipping orders, inventory management of items in stock, and photography of new stock items. Employee must be detail-oriented, reliable with attendance, excellent at communicating with management and peers, and comfortable with moderate physical activity. Employee must also be comfortable working around other people and two resident warehouse dogs (German Shepherd & Golden Retriever, 80+ lbs.). Applicants with experience in e-commerce (online retail) are encouraged to apply. Applicants with prior knowledge or experience with action figures are ESPECIALLY encouraged to apply (Dragon/BBI/GI Joe/DiD/Valaverse brands, 1/6 scale, 1/12 scale, etc.). Daily start time and weekly schedule are flexible as long as responsibilities are completed with high performance. •Personal Skills: self-motivated, works efficiently with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills.
•Technology Literate: proficient with internet, files, mobile and desktop application navigation.
•Physical Stamina: moderate physical activity including standing for up to five hours at a time and lifting boxes of up to 30 lbs from above head and off floor. Must be comfortable with big dogs.
•E-commerce selling experience (eBay, etc) & action figure knowledge encouraged but not required
