Integrity Bank expands presence in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Integrity Bank is pleased to announce the opening of their Woodlands office located on Research Forest Drive.

“With decades of experience and strong leadership, our Woodlands location is well-positioned to succeed,” said James Coleman, Senior Vice President of Integrity Bank. “The Woodlands area is one of the most rapidly growing areas in the nation and we are ready to serve its residents and small businesses.” A grand opening celebration will take place on Thursday, October 10, 2013 beginning at 4:30 p.m. with a ribbon cutting at 5:00 p.m.

About James Coleman

Mr. Coleman will be leading The Woodlands branch with more than 22 years experience. His expertise includes marketing and business development, management of lenders and staff, credit risk analysis, underwriting, SBA origination, mortgage origination, real estate lending, permanent lending, working capital and monitoring. Before joining Integrity Bank, Mr. Coleman was the Regional President for First National Bank managing eight Branches and the associated staff and lenders for the Houston Region.

Mr. Coleman graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a member of The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, a past board member at the Montgomery County Humane Society and Past-President of the Raveneaux Breakfast Club

About Mike Ellzey

Mike Ellzey joins Integrity Bank, with 11 years of experience and a proven track record of success. His expertise includes commercial lending, new branch openings, cultivating loan portfolios, and all phases of underwriting and reviewing and maintaining construction portfolios. Prior to joining Integrity Bank, Mr. Ellzey was the Branch President at First National Bank.

Mr. Ellzey graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mike is an active member of the community, previously serving on the Board of Directors for The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce and Texas New Community/New Danville. Mike enjoys outdoor activities and is a Veteran of the U.S. Army.

About Liza Jacques

With more than 17 years experience, Liza brings a wealth of knowledge her expertise includes mortgage origination for international borrowers, evaluating borrowers, business and relationship development and underwriting.

Prior to joining Integrity Bank, Ms. Jacques was an Assistant Vice-President/ International Mortgage Officer for BBVA Compass.
