MOBILITY STUDY

Report on Mobility Study Kick Off MeetingConsider, and if deemed appropriate, approve Interlocal Agreement for the South Montgomery County Mobility Plan between H-GAC and City of Oak Ridge North. ENTERGY – Consider, and if deemed appropriate, approve Ordinance 58-2013 authorizing participation with other Entergy Service area cities.

PLAT REVIEWS

Hanna Business Park – Consider, and if deemed appropriate, approve final plat for Hanna Business Park, Section Two, LP, a subdivision of a 5.678 acre tract of land situated in the Montgomery County School Land Survey No. 1, Abstract No. 350.

Woodridge Development – Consider, and if deemed appropriate, approve final plat for Woodridge Development, a subdivision of 9.4265 acres of land in the Montgomery County School Land Survey, A-350.

MS4 REPORT – Consider, and if deemed appropriate, approve Phase II MS4 (SMALL) Annual Report.

PURCHASE CITY VEHICLE – Consider, and if deemed appropriate, approve the trade in of two city vehicles in the amount of $5,500.00 and purchase of a 2014 Chevrolet Impala in the amount of $16,515.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BOARD APPOINTMENTS

Consider, and if deemed appropriate name James Walton to the Economic Development Corporation Board for a term to expire in October 31, 2015.
