The Landing Café opens in Hughes Landing
THE WOODLANDS, Texas–The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE:HHC) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC) have opened The Landing Café, a new eatery located on the first floor of One Hughes Landing, the first completed Class A office building at Hughes Landing on Lake Woodlands. Hughes Landing is a 66-acre mixed-use development that will include up to 11 Class A office buildings, up to 12 restaurants at Restaurant Row, a Whole Foods Market®, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a hotel for business and leisure travelers, and up to 800 multi-family residences.
The Landing Café offers specialty coffees and beverages, breakfast and lunch meals and snacks including pastries, yogurt, wraps, soups, salads and sandwiches, along with house-made cookies and other desserts. One Hughes Landing features panoramic views of 200-acre Lake Woodlands, and The Landing Café offers an outdoor eating area on the lake as well as indoor seating. The café is being operated by The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center.
“The Landing Café is another convenient amenity we are offering our office tenants at Hughes Landing,” said Alex Sutton, Co-President of The Woodlands Development Company. “Our goal is to make Hughes Landing the ideal environment for our tenants – a complete community where they can live and play within walking distance of their workplace.”
