Shop at the Magical Mistletoe Market for unique gifts while benefiting a worthy cause

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - On December 16, get all of your holiday shopping done at one place while benefiting a worthy cause. The Augusta Pines Magical Mistletoe Market, located at 18 Augusta Pines Drive in Spring, will have many vendors and products that will make for the perfect gifts for kids and adults alike.

“There will be a variety of unique vendors and products with a magical twist for the last minute Christmas shopping for friends and family,” said Mike Scarborough. “There will also be silent auction items and raffle items. Shoppers can even enjoy one complementary glass of wine with their first purchase.”

Since 2009, the Magical Mistletoe Market has given local vendors a platform to sell their unique gifts and products while also benefiting a good cause. Proceeds from the market will go towards the How to Save a Life Foundation. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, HTSLife helps positively impact the lives of individuals and families dealing with single parenthood, as well as children who have endured pain and suffering. The organization works to serve the community by building each other up and raising awareness for families and children dealing with these concerns.

“We chose How to Save a Life Foundation when we became aware of the damaging effects that single moms and dads have to endure pre and post custody disputes and/or battles,” explained Scarborough. “The abusive mental and psychological environment that is created in and around single parenthood, pain and suffering the children have to endure, and the lack of community support groups and/or facilities has created a very broken Family Court System. If we can build awareness for what these men and women are doing, we strongly believe that many lives will be impacted and saved through the works of the people and network of other people, places and things associated with How to Save a Life.”

The market will be open for business from 9am to 6pm on Friday, December 16, and will feature a variety of unique local vendors. Santa Claus will be present at the market from 4 to 6pm so be sure to swing by and say hello! Located at the scenic Augusta Pines Golf Club, the venue makes for a convenient location for residents of The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball and surrounding areas.
