MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas - This morning, Eric Yollick, candidate for Judge of the 9th District Court of Montgomery County, filed a Petition for Review with the Texas Office of Court Administration in Austin. The reason? Yollick has an innovative plan to save Montgomery County taxpayers up to $2.55 million a year. He asked Commissioners Court to produce documents to substantiate his plan, and was refused. Thus, he has made his request for an expedited review to be given those documents so he can fully present his plan to the public. Read on for the contents of the Petition attached.

Why is this newsworthy? Because there is a plan to save millions that can be put in place literally the day he takes office as the new judge of the 9th district court, and he is being blocked. For additional information, please call Eric Yollick at 832-496-4898.
