The Woodlands Development Company to host two free family events in April

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The Woodlands® Development Company, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC), will host two new free family-friendly
events in April.

The first Taste of Hughes Landing® will take place in the 66-acre mixed-use development overlooking
Lake Woodlands® on Saturday, April 16 from 2 – 6pm. The event will spotlight Restaurant Row and
feature complimentary food samples from participating eateries; retailer booths; kids activities including
carnival games, face painting and balloon art; strolling entertainers; Insperity Invitational™ Monster
Putt; hourly prize drawings; and music from Fidelity Maxx, a pop, funk, R&B cover band.

Creekside Park® Unplugged Concert Series at Creekside Park Village Green will be held on Wednesday
nights, April 13, 20 and 27 from 6 – 8pm. The acoustic concert series features Ramon Torres on April 13;
Buck Yeager Band, a country music duo, on April 20; and a show from Morgan McKay on April 27.

“We are excited to showcase our newest retailers and restaurants in The Woodlands with these two

Hughes Corporation. “The Taste of Hughes Landing and the Creekside Park Unplugged Concert Series
offer great family fun in two new exciting venues.”

Hughes Landing is located on Hughes Landing Boulevard, just west of Grogan’s Mill Road. The Blue Fish,
California Pizza Kitchen, Del Frisco’s Grille, Escalante’s Fine Tex-Mex & Tequila, Fogo de Chão, Local Pour
and Truluck’s are now open at Restaurant Row. Specialty retailers that are now open include 18|8 Fine
Men’s Salons, Cadence Bank, CUPS Frozen Yogurt, KB Kasuals, Kriser’s Natural Pet, Macaron by Patisse,
Pier 1 Imports®, Pure Barre, Starbucks®, Venetian Nail Spa, Whole Foods Market® and Willa Boutique.
Broken Barrel, Norton Ditto and Ride Indoor Cycling are opening soon. An Embassy Suites by Hilton, the
multifamily residence, One Lakes Edge, and Class A office space are also highlights of the lifestyle
destination. The new Lakes Edge Boat House, situated on Lake Woodlands, is now open.

Creekside Park Village Green is located at 26400 Kuykendahl Road between Creekside Forest Drive and
New Harmony Trail. Retailers and restaurants located in Creekside Park Village Green include Armario
de la Bella, Artrageous, AT&T, Creekside Family Eyecare, Creekside Park Family Dentistry, Creekside
Village Dry Cleaners, Crust Pizza Co., Edward Jones, EXIT Realty, Fielding’s Local, Hand & Stone Spa,
Huntington Learning Center, Jordan’s Sweet Shoppe, Levure Bakery, Nails of America, Realty Executives,
Shogun Japanese Grill, Studio A Pilates, Subway, The Joint, U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt, UPS Store, Vein Clinics
of America and Woodlands Family Dental. CycleBar® and Reserve Salon & Spa are opening soon.
