Caretaker Accused of Causing Skull and Rib Fractures, Broken Leg of Child

HOUSTON, TX - Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Seron Moore, who is wanted for Injury to a Child.

On Monday, February 18, 2019, Houston Police officers received a report of possible child abuse from Child Protective Services that occurred in the 6300 block of Rampart Street in Houston, Texas. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Seron Moore was the caretaker of the child (while the victim's mother was at work). The victim sustained multiple injuries while under the care of the fugitive including skull fractures, multiple rib fractures and a broken leg. As a result, the victim was put on a ventilator and required several months of rehabilitation.

Fugitive Seron Moore, is a black Male, 27 years of age, approximately 5'4', 155- 160 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. It is believed that the fugitive may have fled to California.
