Cartridge World of Conroe - Merger & Closure

CONROE, TX -- Cartridge World of Conroe will permanently close for business at 5:30 PM Friday, August 30, 2019. Linda, our store manager, and her husband leave for Mexico early Saturday morning August 25th and will be sunning on the beach when we close.

Sandy and I will be working with the Cartridge World-Energy Corridor team to assure a smooth customer transition for all. The Energy-Corridor store opened the same week as our Conroe store, in April, 2005. They are very knowledgeable, and in addition to providing CW replacement cartridges, they also offer printer repair and participate in the Cartridge World 'Why Buy a Printer' program.

To our customers, it is our GOAL - that the only changes for you will be the business name plus how we get your orders to you.

Effective September 2, 2019 our METRO PHONE number 936-441-1080 will be answered by Cartridge World-Energy Corridor. CARTRIDGE WORLD OF CONROE customer information: name, contact person, phone numbers, products ordered, pricing data, payment terms, ship-to and bill-to addresses, for our active customers during the years 2017 to August 30, 2019 will be available and accessible at CARTRIDGE WORLD - ENERGY CORRIDOR. TO OUR WALK-IN & CALL-IN CUSTOMERS - effective Monday September 2, 2019 - if you call in your order by 4:00 PM, it will be 'Drop-Shipped to You, Next Day Delivery for orders of $50 or more.' For orders less than $50 a charge of $5.90 will be added. Payment by Credit Card is required unless you already have Net 30 Day Terms.

TO OUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE CUSTOMERS - the ONLY CHANGE will be the name of the Cartridge World Store.

TO OUR NET 30 DAY TERM CUSTOMERS - the ONLY CHANGES will be the name of the Cartridge World Store name and where you send your payments.

TO OUR 'EASY ONLINE ORDERING' NET 30 DAY TERM CUSTOMERS - the ONLY CHANGES will be the name of the Cartridge World Store name and where you send your payments.

TO OUR CUSTOMERS, NOT CURRENTLY USING OUR 'EASY ONLINE ORDERING' - We have set-up a 'MYCW Online Store' for you that contains only the cartridges you order. Easy Online Ordering makes ordering FAST and EASY, plus, orders placed with using EASY ORDER - AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT.

THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT CHANGE:

- Our CW replacement cartridges are manufactured in ISO 9001-14001, STMC certified manufacturing facilities.

- All CW replacement cartridges are quality tested and 100% guaranteed.

- We provide next business day delivery on our replacement cartridges for orders placed by 4:00 pm.

- We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more. For orders less than $50 we add a charge of $5.90.

- Orders can be placed by phone, fax, email and our Cartridge World Easy Online Ordering system.

- Orders placed with EASY ONLINE ORDERING receive an AUTOMATIC 10% DISCOUNT

- First payment must be paid via credit card or cash. There after payment can be made via credit card on file or by check, Net 30 Days from date of invoice. Invoices are mailed after each order placement.
