TC Turner Joins Kean Miller as Partner in the Houston Texas Office

HOUSTON, TX -- Kean Miller is pleased to announce the addition of Thomas Charles “TC” Turner, Jr. as a partner in its Houston, Texas office. TC’s energy and natural resource practice involves transactional, land title, operational, and regulatory matters. His clients include large oil and gas producers, environmental service companies, mineral and royalty buyers, midstream companies, and renewable energy companies.

TC is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the Oil, Gas and Mineral Exam Law Commission.

TC earned his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 and his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 2009. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, New Mexico, and Louisiana.

He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, Permian Basin Landmen’s Association, Houston Association of Professional Landmen, Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, Natural Resources/Energy/Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of New Mexico, Mineral Law Section of the State Bar of Louisiana and College of the State Bar of Texas.
