Crime of the Week 10-24-19 - Woodforest Golf Club- Felony Criminal Mischief
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Multi-County Crime Stoppers is working with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the Woodforest Golf Club in reference to a Criminal Mischief case due to over $15,000 in damages caused to the golf course located at 1199 Fish Creek Thoroughfare, Montgomery Texas.
On September 23, 2019 just after 2 am residents in the area reported seeing a truck with what appeared to be an off-road style lightbar across the top of the windshield driving on the golf course. The truck did donuts and other aggressive driving in such a way that it caused significant damage to the golf course as seen in the below photos.
The Woodforest Golf Club has entered into a partnership with Multi-County Crime Stoppers offering $4000 in addition to the $1000 reward normally offered in felony cases- increasing the reward offered for tips leading to the identification and/or felony arrest of suspect(s) in this case of up to $5000.
