HS Basketball Scoreboard: The Woodlands Boys grind out district win

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Boys 35, Klein Oak 30A low-scoring, slower-paced game on Friday night, but both teams picked up the energy in crunch time. Cole Himmer came up with some big buckets on his way to a team-leading 14 points. Brock Luchetefeld caused problems in the paint on his way to 8 points. A pair of clutch free throws from Peyton Mattingly sealed the win in the first District 15-6A game of the season.
