The Woodlands Boys 35, Klein Oak 30

A low-scoring, slower-paced game on Friday night, but both teams picked up the energy in crunch time. Cole Himmer came up with some big buckets on his way to a team-leading 14 points. Brock Luchetefeld caused problems in the paint on his way to 8 points. A pair of clutch free throws from Peyton Mattingly sealed the win in the first District 15-6A game of the season. The Cavs win their district opener thanks to 19 points from Drew Calderon, 11 from Markel James, and 10 from Ty Buckmon. Next Game: vs Klein Forest - 12/17

Conroe Boys 51, Klein Cain 44
