THE WOODLANDS, TX - Beginning Friday, May 1, Market Street retailers and restaurants will be able to open for business at 25% capacity, per Governor Greg Abbott’s announcement earlier this week.

While Governor Abbott’s announcement allows businesses to reopen, individual businesses may choose if they will open their doors as well as operational hours. Market Street suggests that guests contact the retailer or restaurant they would like to visit directly to inquire
about operating hours.

“We trust our retailers and restaurants to adhere to the guidelines established by our state's leaders, just as they have leading up to this transition,” said Market Street Marketing Director Noemi Gonzalez.

Market Street tenants deemed essential that have remained open throughout the COVID-19 crisis and will continue to stay open include H-E-B, LensCrafters, Relax the Back, The Joint, Thrive Drip Spa, Tide Cleaners (Vogue) Wells Fargo as well as several restaurants that have had curb-side service

Market Street is working diligently with our housekeeping department to maximize cleanliness and to provide additional disinfecting measures using recommended CDC cleaning supplies as needed throughout the property.

In addition, sanitizing stations have been placed in the park area, mews and office lobbies. Due to the high demand of product, these will be available while supplies last and until additional shipments arrive.

We are encouraging tenants and customers to do the same to reduce illness and the spread of this virus. At this time, we are asking all to take the following responsibilities upon themselves as recommended by CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html.
