Spring Man Arrested for Indecency with a Child

SPRING, TX -- On April 11, 2020 Pct. 3 Patrol deputies responded to an Indecency with a Child call regarding 45 year old Richard Allen Earley having sexual contact with a 13 year old female. An investigation was conducted by Pct. 3 detectives and sufficient probable cause was found indicating Richard Allen Earley committed the offense of Indecency with a Child. During the course of the investigation an additional juvenile female victim was discovered. On May 26, 2020 Richard Allen Earley was taken into custody by Pct.3 deputies and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
