Howard Hughes Corporation Announces up to $10,000 Summer Incentive for The Woodlands Hills

When homebuyers purchase a new home in The Woodlands Hills from July 1 through August 31, 2020, they will receive up to $10,000 in buyer’s incentives which can be used toward closing costs, the price of the home or design upgrades. Details are as follows:

• $10,000 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 65-75 feet.
• $7,500 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 50-55 feet.
• $5,000 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 40-45 feet.
