Sterling Ridge Village Association Announces Launch of First Artisans & Farmers Market

THE WOODLANDS, TX - The Sterling Ridge Village Association (SRVA) has announced today that it will sponsor the community’s first ever Artisans & Farmers Market beginning on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at The Colonnade Shopping Center located at 30420 FM2978, The Woodlands, TX 77354.

The Artisans & Farmers Market will be open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

The Artisans & Farmers Market will have local area retailers, farmers, specialty produce and food purveyors as well as arts & crafts, novelty, and other interesting vendors.

“In 2020, The Woodlands was ranked as one of the top five places to live in America as compared to 228 other cities according to niche.com, a website devoted to tracking the best places to live and raise a family.”, said Thomas Schwarzkopf, President of the SRVA. He continued by saying, “Our board wanted to start the new year off with a special series of events that promotes all of the wonderful activities in the Sterling Ridge Village community and The Woodlands, especially after all of the issues that we had to deal with last year. We are working to make our new Artisans & Farmers Market another reason why Sterling Ridge Village is great place to live, work and shop.”

Initially, the Artisans & Farmers Market will be a twice a month Sunday event having an initial schedule as follows: February 7th and 21st; March 7th and 21st; April 4th and 18th; May 2nd and 16th; June 6th and 20th. The July through December schedule dates will be published in March and will be available on the Sterling Ridge Facebook page, www.facebook.com/sterlingridge.thewoodlands as well as the SRVA website, Sterling Ridge Village Association (sterling-ridge.org).
