Cole Health Celebrates 20 years in Houston

HOUSTON, TX -- Throughout the years, many lives have been changed by the essential healthcare services provided by Cole Health. August marks Cole Health’s 20th anniversary of providing Speech, Occupational, Physical Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services throughout the Greater Houston area, in addition to their 4 locations in Central Texas.

Of the company’s legacy and reaching this major milestone, Jennifer Cole, MS, CCC-SLP, Founder of Cole Health said, “When our patients achieve positive outcomes, they truly experience life change – and life change brings hope.” To date, Cole Health and its divisions have treated over 325,000 patients and strive to change the lives of many more.

Then and Now

In the summer of 2001, Cole Health’s founder, Jennifer Cole, MS CCC-SLP began treating speech therapy patients from the comfort of her home after 10 years of serving patients both in private practice and school settings. Shortly thereafter, Adam Cole, MBA, joined the journey full time after leaving his corporate position at HP. Together, with only a handful of employees – the two formed Cole Speech and Language Center, later known as Cole Health.

From the early days of the organization, Cole Health has prioritized their mission to bring hope and change lives here, and around the world. Today, they maintain that credence with over 350 company employees operating across 14 out-patient facilities and have been voted one of Houston’s top workplaces for 8 consecutive years via the Houston Chronicle.
