PORTER, TX -- RUNINTEXAS is putting on a trail race for charity a short distance from The Woodlands. The Back Pew Brewing 5k Beer Run happens Nov. 6 at Back Pew Brewing Co. in Porter.

Runners (and walkers) who love locally brewed craft beer will be rewarded for their efforts at the fourth annual Back Pew Brewing 5k Beer Run, taking place Nov. 6 at Back Pew Brewing Co., 26452 Sorters McClellan Rd, Porter, TX 77365, starting at 8 a.m.

The race starts and finishes in the Back Pew beer garden and follows a course through neighborhood streets.

Once they cross the finish line, all registered runners over age 21 receive a souvenir pint glass and four 8-oz. tastings of beer from Back Pew. Each runner also receives a performance fabric race T-shirt.

Overall, masters and top three winners in each age group will receive custom-made awards specially designed for beer lovers.
