The Strong Firm's VIP Ice Rink Preview Party A Huge Success With Over $15,000 Raised To Benefit YES to YOUTH (MCYS)

THE WOODLANDS, TX - The holiday season has arrived with the The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center officially opening on November 19. But before the first day of ice skating commenced, The Strong Firm P.C. hosted an exclusive VIP Ice Rink Preview Party from 6-9pm on November 18 with the proceeds and any additional collected donations going 100% to benefit YES to YOUTH - Montgomery County Youth Services.

The preview party was a great success with Brett Strong, founder and managing shareholder of The Strong Firm P.C. presenting YES to Youth with a donation check from the event totally $15,849. YES to YOUTH - Montgomery County Youth Services strengthens the emotional and mental health development of youth and families by providing crisis intervention, counseling, and suicide prevention services. They provide a safe and nurturing home where abused, battered, sex-trafficked, homeless, and at-risk youth begin healing from the past and become empowered for the future. YES to YOUTH provides services free to clients, so your donations go straight back into the community!

The evening was packed with fun activities and food for the entire family. From being the first to experience the excitement of ice skating and enjoying the thrill of getting pictures with Disney Princesses to tasting various foods and beverages including hot chocolate, a chocolate fountain and a dessert bar, the preview party was an enjoyable and memorable experience. Visitors were treated to a spectacular ice skating show with Disney Princesses. The princesses dazzled the audience and helped kickstart the holiday season in The Woodlands.

Brett Strong not only rode the Zamboni to help clean the ice and greet the crowd, but he also introduced YES to Youth and their services to the audience and challenged three people to try to score a goal with a hockey stick and puck. If they hit the puck into the gift boxes on the ice, The Strong Firm would donate $2,000 to Yes to Youth. All three challenges were met with all three participants scoring a goal which added $6,000 to the YES to YOUTH benefit.

The VIP Preview Party was an excellent way to kickstart the holiday season with raising money for a great cause.
