Imperial Promenade repairs/closure scheduled over Spring Break

SPRING, TX -- Imperial Promenade Drive (between Falls Lake Drive and Birnham Woods Drive) will be closed to through traffic starting Saturday, March 12, and is scheduled to reopen before Monday, March 21. The closure will enable the Municipal Utility District to repair and replace street pavement on Imperial Promenade where it crosses over the drainage channel near Falls Lake Drive. The repairs/closure coincide with Conroe ISD Spring Break so there are no disruptions for students, parents and the school district.

Residents who live in Cedar Cove, Angel Park, Amber Forest, Sable Park, Windsor Manor and off of Shadow Branch Lane can access their communities via Imperial Promenade Drive from Birnham Woods Drive during construction.

Detour signs will redirect motorists via Falls Lake Drive and Birnham Woods Drive for the duration of the closure.
