Constables Shut Down Spring Massage Parlor

SPRING, TX -- On August 25, 2022, investigators with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted an undercover investigation at Essence Massage located in the 4900 block of FM 2920 Rd in reference to complaints regarding alleged Prostitution.

An investigator posing as a customer of the spa was solicited for sex and/or sex acts by a female suspect working in the establishment. Hsiao Mei Lin was subsequently arrested and charged with Prostitution. It was found that the establishment did not have a Massage Establishment License and Hsiao Mei Lin was unlicensed to be employed as a Massage Therapists.
