FREE Heart Walks in Bay Area and Montgomery County Offer 2 Ways to Enjoy Cool Weather, Fun Expo, and Healthy Exercise with Friends and Family

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- THIS SATURDAY, November 12, The American Heart Association is hosting TWO of its annual Heart Walks: the Montgomery County Heart Walk in The Woodlands and in the Bay Area at the Kemah Boardwalk. Both walks will feature fun and games in the Kids’ Zone, lots of booths with goodies and heart-healthy tips from local hospitals, music, and more. This is a GREAT way to enjoy the cool weather coming this weekend and get in the habit of walking, which can help people think better, sleep better, and feel better—and who wouldn’t want all of that? Best of all: the walks are completely FREE and registration is still open!

Both walks will celebrate heart and stroke survivors, demonstrate easy ways to improve one’s own health, and raise life-saving funds for research, treatment, and healthcare equity. See below for this weekend’s details:
