The Woodlands Fire Department responded to of report of smoke at College Park High School

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- At 9:45 am The Woodlands Fire Department responded to College Park High School for a report of smoke in the commons area. CPHS staff and students did an excellent job in calmly and quickly evacuating the school and had almost completed it as the fire trucks arrived. Firefighters were able to locate a burned out HVAC blower motor that was the cause of the smoke. After clearing some light smoke from the building, students were allowed to return to class.
