D.R. Horton Purchases Majority Homesites in Williams Reserve East

CONROE, TX -- D.R. Horton, the nation’s largest homebuilder, has purchased 42 homesites in Williams Reserve East in Conroe, a project of Ellison Development.

“We’re excited to welcome a builder well known for quality construction to Williams Reserve East,” said Bill Ellison, Founder of Ellison Development and sister company ASGi Homes.

ASGi Homes has four homes under construction in Williams Reserve East, one of which is part of the Greater Houston Builders Association’s 43rd Annual Benefit Homes Project. Profits from the sale of the home go to the Benefit Homes Project charities of HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Home.

Williams Reserve East is located in Conroe on East Williams Road. Homesites range from three-quarters of an acre to one and a half acres. The four ASGi Homes in the community are all priced below $400,000. Information regarding the floor plans and pricing D.R. Horton will offer in Williams Reserve East has not yet been released.
