Constable Ryan Gable's Deputy Nabs Impaired Driver on Rayford Road

SPRING, TX -- In the early morning of 12/17/2023 one of Constable Ryan Gable's patrol deputies saw a black Toyota 2dr east bound in the 2600 block of Rayford Rd, Spring make several moving violations. The deputy activated the emergency lights & siren, stopping the vehicle and making contact with the driver; identified as, 41 year old Shaun Colson of Spring. After speaking with Shaun, he was asked to exit the vehicle and perform Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFSTs) based off observations of Shaun. At the conclusion of the SFSTs, Shaun was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and his vehicle was towed from the scene. Shaun was transported to the Montgomery Co, Sheriff's Office jail where he was released to the staff without incident.
