MONTGOMERY, TX -- McDonald’s Houston has broken ground on its newest location, a store in master-planned Woodforest at 749 Fish Creek Thoroughfare in Montgomery, Texas.
When it opens in the first half of 2024 near Pine Market in Woodforest, it will be the first quick-service restaurant in the Johnson Development community.
“We are thrilled to have iconic McDonald’s as the first fast-food restaurant to be established in Woodforest,” said Virgil Yoakum, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Woodforest. “Their presence in Woodforest furthers our goal to be a regional destination, with our community not only serving our 13,000+ residents but the overall area. I’m looking forward to having a Big Mac without leaving Woodforest!”
McDonald’s Houston Owner/Operator Steve McKinney added, “As a resident of Woodforest since its opening, I’m honored to open the first quick-service restaurant in the area. I look forward to opening our doors to the community later this year.”
