Grand Central Park Hosts Artisan Market March 2

CONROE, TX -- Fans of unique handcrafted treasures and artisanal treats will find what they seek and more at the Grand Central Park Artisan Market, 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 2.

More than 50 merchants will offer distinctive items at The Lake House, 1039 Lake House Drive in Conroe, including apparel, home goods, jewelry, beauty products, baked goods, pet items and more.

“The Artisan Market is a monthly event designed to connect local businesses with a broader audience,” said Amanda Burke, Director of Marketing for Grand Central Park. “It will be a place where talented local artisans and businesses can showcase their work and shoppers can find one-of-a-kind items.”

The Artisan Market will take place on the first Saturday of each month through Sept. 7. The March market will feature Bloody Marys and mimosas for sale, pet adoptions by Active Paws and Camo Rescue, a DJ and food trucks. Additional dates are April 6, May 4, June 1, July 6, Aug. 3 and Sept. 7.

The markets will culminate in Grand Central Park’s annual Sip & Shop event which features more than 100 local artisans and businesses selling everything from apparel to furniture. The community welcomed more than 2,500 shoppers to last year’s Sip & Shop.

Grand Central Park is located 5 miles north of The Woodlands on I-45 North and S. Loop 336. Homes in the community are priced from the low $300,000s to millions.
