**UPDATE** MCTXSheriff Arrests Indecent Exposure Suspect

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On February 16, 2024, Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, The Woodlands Criminal Investigations Division, along with Intelligence Analysts with the Real Time Crime Center, were able to positively identify the suspect as 31-year-old Kendrick McQuitter.

A warrant was issued by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for McQuitter's arrest. McQuitter was arrested by the Houston Police Department and was charged with Indecent Exposure and Indecency with a Child, with a $100,000 bond.

The collaboration between our Detectives and Intelligence Analysts to quickly identify McQuitter, along with the assistance of the Houston Police Department to apprehend him, highlights the power of law enforcement agencies working together. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is committed to preventing crime and the fear of crime within our community.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is attempting to identify the suspect pictured above, who was involved in an Indecent Exposure and Indecency with a Child on February 14, 2024. On that day, at approximately 9:00 a.m., the suspect entered the HEB grocery store located in the 3600 block of FM 1488, where he approached a female and her one-year-old child and exposed his genitals. After being confronted by the female, the suspect fled the location in a dark-colored Chevrolet SUV.

The suspect is described as a black male with a dreadlocks-style haircut, wearing a black hoodie, grey sweatpants, and black shoes.
