HOUSTON, TX -- Lone Star College changes lives through world-class educational programs, facilities, technology and resources to ensure students succeed in the classroom and in life.

LSC will showcase its offerings at its annual Open House April 9, from 4-7 p.m. at all eight campuses. Attendees can tour campuses, speak with representatives to discuss their educational needs, learn about college resources and start the enrollment process. They will also get information on
“Open House is a casual, come-and-go event that will give potential students and their families an idea of what Lone Star College has to offer,” said Ashlie Resendez, LSC associate vice chancellor, Student Engagement. “We are a great choice for everyone, regardless of where they are in life.”

Lone Star College offers a variety of workforce, academic, transfer, continuing education, baccalaureate programs and robust student life activities close to home to assist everyone interested in furthering their education. Students can access educational resources to address various topics, including basic needs, testing, finances, health and campus safety.
