Howard Hughes offers up to $10,000 in spring incentives for new homes purchased in The Woodlands Hills in April and May

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Hills, a master-planned community nestled between Lake Conroe and I-45 just north of Conroe, has announced it is offering its Spring Incentives promotion. Homebuyers who purchase a home there between now and May 31 will received up to $10,000 toward closing costs, design upgrades, or the price of the home.

The Woodlands Hills has new homes available from the upper $200,000s over a 2,000-acre award-winning master planned community showcasing eight quality local and nationally recognized home builders.

$10,000 in incentives will be offered for new homes on 65 - 75-foot homesites; $7,500 in incentives will be offered for new homes on 50 - 60-foot homesites, and $5,000 in incentives will be offered for new homes on 45-foot homesites.

The community’s award-winning 17-acre Founders Park is highlighted by an activity center that includes indoor and outdoor spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and both a yoga lawn and an events lawn. Founders Park also features leisure and fitness pools, a lazy river, a sprayground, an innovative playground, a dog park, and tennis courts. This offer is available only to buyers signing a new home sales contract with one of The Woodlands Hills approved builders from April 1, 2024, through May 31, 2024. Homes must close on or before December 31, 2025. The incentive will be awarded to the buyer at the time of closing.
