The City Of Conroe Plans To Defend Against The SJRA'S Claims

CONROE, TX -- City officials have been notified of a ruling in the San Jacinto River Authority v. City of Conroe, Texas and City of Magnolia, Texas case whereby the SJRA claims are remanded to the District Court in Montgomery County. The cities plan to defend against the SJRA's claims to collect its unreasonably high and excessive fees before a Montgomery County jury.
