Arrest Made for Violation of Emergency Protection Order in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On May 25, 2024, at about 3:54 pm, Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office arrested Jason Spencer, 51, for violating an order of emergency protection. Deputies were dispatched to a protected address in The Woodlands after receiving a call that Jason Spencer was at the residence in direct violation of a protection order issued by the 263rd District Court of Harris County.

Upon their prompt arrival, Deputies found Jason Spencer seated in his car in front of the protected residence. Deputies detained him while the protection order was verified. Subsequently, Jason Spencer was arrested for violating the protective order and transported to the Montgomery County Jail for booking.
