Winter holiday schedule reminders

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Township reminds residents of closures and service schedules in effect for the upcoming holidays. Numerous facilities will observe altered schedules and hours during the coming weeks.
In addition, as the holidays approach, residents are reminded to help keep the community safer this season by avoiding the discharge of home fireworks, as outlined by The Woodlands Covenants. The Woodlands Township is situated in a beautiful forest, and one errant spark could severely damage the community. The Woodlands Fire Department also reminds residents to use 9-1-1 for emergencies only.
